Observation of sample centrifugation is made possible with the clear transparent cover. The lid is opened with a simple press of a button. IKA always has safety in mind with all of their innovative lab equipment designs. The Mini G microcentrifuge is no exception. The lid must be closed before the centrifuge is able to run. It is capable of a fixed speed of 6000 rpm and quickly reaches that speed. Rotor change is a breeze and requires no tools. Use the Mini G for both PCR vessels and PCR strips.
